Distribution enquiry
Wholesale super glue supplier
Looking for glue or adhesive to stock in a hardware shop, building-supply store or stationery shop? Renovatio Europe supplies EVOBOND 502 cyanoacrylate super glue and welcomes enquiries from retailers, wholesalers, distributors and purchasing teams. Cyanoacrylate instant adhesive
Super glue and instant adhesive are common names for cyanoacrylate (CA) adhesive. EVOBOND 502 belongs to this adhesive family. Select the supplied grade for your exact materials and joint; consult the material guide below and request the relevant technical data sheet and safety data sheet. It is not a substitute for every epoxy, construction adhesive or structural wood glue.
International adhesive enquiries
For markets outside Europe as well as European destinations, send your country, intended application and required documents with your enquiry. Supply, transport and product documentation must be confirmed for each destination; this page does not promise delivery or regulatory approval in every country.

How to bond different materials with EVOBOND 502
Choose an adhesive for the exact materials and joint, not just the product name. This guide is based on Tong Shen's technical data sheet for the supplied product and supplied cyanoacrylate Safety Data Sheet. Renovatio identifies its supplied product as EVOBOND 502. Manufacturer figures are reference data, not a guarantee for every application. Aluminium and glass application information is supplied by Renovatio; the technical data sheet does not give separate test results for them. Technical figures apply to the grade supplied by Renovatio; confirm the relevant documentation for your order.
How can I glue plastic with EVOBOND 502?
Identify the plastic type and both joining surfaces before choosing the adhesive. The manufacturer's technical sheet lists plastics as an application, but does not establish suitability for every plastic or coating. Clean the surfaces and remove grease. For PE, PP and ABS, the sheet specifies EVOBOND Primer AP-1 before the adhesive. Follow the primer's own instructions and test the actual parts before production.
How can I glue rubber, silicone rubber or EPDM?
Identify the rubber grade first. The technical data sheet lists rubber as an application and specifically calls for EVOBOND Primer AP-1 before the adhesive for silicone rubber, TPR and EPDM. Clean and degrease the joining surfaces, follow the primer instructions and test the joint. The sheet does not confirm the durability of every joint under repeated flexing, stretching or exposure to water.
How can I glue metal with EVOBOND 502?
Metal is a listed EVOBOND 502 application. The joining surfaces should be clean and completely free of grease. Check whether you are bonding bare metal or a coating and test the actual surface. The sheet lists a gap-filling value of 0.04 mm, so check the joint fit rather than assuming the adhesive will fill a wide gap. Published steel-to-steel test values do not prove the same strength for aluminium, other metals or coated parts.
Can I bond aluminium with EVOBOND 502?
Renovatio reports aluminium as a bonding application for its supplied product. The manufacturer's technical sheet lists metal in general but provides strength data for steel-to-steel joints, not aluminium. Identify whether the aluminium is bare, anodised, painted or otherwise coated. Clean and degrease the joining surfaces, check the joint fit and test the actual parts under the intended conditions before relying on the bond.
How can I glue wood or a porous wooden surface?
Wood appears in the manufacturer's setting-time table. However, EVOBOND 502 is a very low-viscosity adhesive, listed at 1.5–5.0 cP at 25 °C. The sheet recommends a higher-viscosity grade for more porous surfaces. Clean the joining surfaces and assess porosity and fit before a sample test. The supplied sheet does not establish approval for structural timber joints or load-bearing ladder repairs.
Can I glue PE, PP or ABS without a primer?
Do not assume that EVOBOND 502 alone is suitable. The manufacturer specifically lists PE, PP and ABS among difficult-to-bond materials and directs users to apply EVOBOND Primer AP-1 first, followed by the adhesive. Request the primer's instructions and confirm suitability on the exact plastic grade. No primer drying time or application quantity is specified in the supplied technical data sheet.
How can I bond two different materials, such as metal to plastic?
Identify both materials, any coatings, the joint gap and the conditions in use. Separate references to metal and plastic in a technical sheet do not establish performance for every metal-to-plastic combination. Ask Renovatio for documentation relevant to your combination, then test representative parts before production. Allow for the manufacturer's listed full cure time when assessing the result.
Can I glue glass with EVOBOND 502?
Renovatio reports glass as a bonding application for its supplied product. The supplied technical data sheet does not provide glass-specific strength or durability data. Identify the other joining material and any surface coating, clean and degrease the joining surfaces, then test on a sample before use. Ask for manufacturer confirmation for prolonged water exposure, temperature changes or safety-critical glazing; this guide does not establish suitability for those uses.
How long should the bond be left to cure?
The technical data sheet reports 10–40 seconds for plastic, rubber, metal and wood at 22 °C and 50% relative humidity, at a tensile shear strength of 0.1 N/mm². It lists full cure as 24 hours. Initial setting is not full strength. Actual results depend on the materials, gap and conditions; test before placing the joint in service.
What safety precautions apply when using EVOBOND 502?
Read the product label and current safety data sheet before use. Work in a well-ventilated place, avoid breathing vapour and prevent contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Cyanoacrylate bonds skin in seconds and can generate strong heat. Follow the current product-specific safety data sheet for eye protection and suitable protective gloves. Do not use cotton, wool or paper materials when handling cyanoacrylate; contact can generate heat.
What should I send Renovatio for bonding advice or a quotation?
For a bonding enquiry, tell us both materials and their exact grades if known, surface coatings, joint gap, intended use, temperature and moisture exposure. Photos of the parts can help describe the application. For an EVOBOND 502 wholesale quotation, include the quantity and delivery country. Request the technical and safety data sheets; suitability, availability and delivery terms require individual confirmation.
